Heavy Apparel Production

In addition to light garments, Imperial NTT also specializes in the production of heavy and structured garments, particularly hunting apparel and outdoor clothing.

This department focuses on garments that require stronger construction, precise sewing, and specialized finishing techniques. Our team produces a range of products including hunting jackets, outdoor jackets, vests, trousers, shorts, blazers, and similar structured garments.

The heavy apparel department operates within a dedicated production area of approximately 1,000m², equipped with specialized machinery and supported by a team of experienced employees with extensive expertise in garment manufacturing.

Specialized Machinery and Equipment

To ensure consistent quality and precise construction of heavy garments, our facility is equipped with a range of specialized machines and pressing equipment, including:
• AMF machines for blind button sewing on sleeves
• Eyelet buttonhole machines
• Zigzag sewing machines
• AMF pocket welting automats
• VEIT intermediate presses and final ironing presses
• Additional machines required for high-quality garment production

This equipment allows us to meet the technical requirements of structured garments and ensures consistent quality throughout the production process.
