CMT Production

Imperial NTT operates as a CMT production partner (Cut, Make, Trim) for international fashion brands.

In this production model, clients provide the design, fabrics, and technical specifications, while our team is responsible for the manufacturing process. We handle cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control, ensuring that each garment is produced according to the required technical and quality standards.

This approach allows brands to maintain full control over product development while relying on our experienced production team for efficient and reliable garment manufacturing.

Technical Preparation

To ensure precise production, we provide technical preparation before and during the manufacturing process.

Our technical department works with the Gerber System (latest version), equipped with two workstations and a digitization table. Based on sketches and size charts provided by the client, we create basic patterns, perform grading, and prepare templates and markers required for cutting.

Markers can be sent via email in Gerber saved marker format, PLT format, or other formats compatible with the Gerber system, allowing smooth integration with the client’s technical documentation.

Additionally, we produce samples and prototypes based on the provided specifications to ensure accuracy before the start of serial production.

Production Services

Within our production facility we provide all stages of garment manufacturing, including:

• Fabric cutting
• Sewing and garment assembly
• Intermediate and final ironing
• Quality control throughout the production process
• Preparation of finished garments for shipment

We specialize in the production of light garments, such as shirts, blouses, dresses, and skirts, as well as heavy garments, including hunting apparel, jackets, trousers, and other structured garments.

Additional Services

Depending on the client’s requirements, we also provide additional services such as embroidery, based on embroidery designs supplied by the client in ZSK format, and we can also create embroidery designs based on a photo or visual reference provided by the client.

We also provide supporting materials such as labels, interlinings, threads, and other accessories required for garment production when needed.

Additionally, we have strong experience in denim production and garment washing processes.

For international partners, particularly clients from Germany and other European countries, we also assist with the preparation of import-export documentation, including administrative procedures related to customs duties and the reconciliation of material values with the customs administration.
